Organising employee photos: 6 steps

With a slot plan of 10 minutes per person you can photograph 20 employees in one morning. The keys are a free room, informing the team early and signed consent forms.

The 6 steps

1. Define the goal: website, LinkedIn, recruiting or all of them?
2. Book a room: about 4 by 4 metres, one power socket.
3. Create a slot plan: 10 minutes per person, buffer for team leads.
4. Inform the team: clothing tips and the date one week ahead.
5. Collect consent: I provide a template.
6. Selection and approval: via a password-protected online gallery.

I record light and backdrop, so later photos of new colleagues match the team exactly.
