How much space do you need on site?
A room of about 4 by 4 metres is enough, for example a meeting room. I also need one power socket. If the room is smaller, we can usually still find a solution. Describe the situation in your enquiry.
What should employees wear?
Ideally what they wear at work and feel comfortable in. Plain tops look calm on camera. Agree briefly within the team whether business or casual applies so the look matches. I explain everything else before the date.
Can new employees be photographed later?
Yes. I document the lighting and backdrop at every shoot. Later photos therefore match the existing team, whether in the studio in Bielefeld, at your company or at the next session.
How do consent forms work?
I provide a template for consent to image use. Your employees sign it before the shoot, which records in writing what the images are used for. It does not replace legal advice.
