How much do business photos in Bielefeld cost?
It depends on the number of people, images, location and usage. Every shoot is a little different, so after your enquiry you receive an individual fixed-price quote, usually on the same working day.
Do you come to our company?
Yes. I bring a mobile studio with lights and backdrop and set it up in a meeting room. Travel within 25 kilometres of Bielefeld is included in the base fee.
Is an on-site shoot worth it for just two people?
Yes. Travel and setup are included in the quote, so small teams can book an on-site session too. Alternatively individuals can come to the studio.
How long does an employee shoot take?
Plan about 10 minutes per person and 45 minutes for setup and breakdown. That means 20 employees can be photographed in one morning.
When will I receive my photos?
You receive the online gallery for selection within 2 working days. The retouched images follow 3 to 5 working days after your selection, faster on request.
Can I use the photos everywhere?
Yes. You receive usage rights for website, social media, press and print. For large advertising campaigns we agree the rights in advance.
What should I wear to a business shoot?
Wear what you wear at work, one step smarter. Plain colours without small patterns look calmest. Feel free to bring two alternatives and I will advise you on the day.
Why not just use an AI headshot?
AI photos often look smooth and generic and do not show how you really come across. People who meet you later recognise you instantly from a real photo.
Where is the studio?
The studio is in Bielefeld-Schildesche, Schäferstraße 29a. Appointments by arrangement, evenings included.
Do you work outside Bielefeld?
Yes, across Ostwestfalen-Lippe including Gütersloh, Herford, Paderborn, Detmold and Minden. Travel is shown transparently in the quote.
